This seminar prepares students to review basic nursing skills and medical illnesses. Upon completion of this course, students will have enhanced their knowledge of nurse aide skills, stroke, hyperglycemia, elder abuse, Alzheimer’s disease, and communication skills. This seminar is useful for healthcare workers in acute, outpatient, long-term care, or clinical settings.
